TYPES OF SERVICES WE WORK ON:

Provide a recruitment request with the job description, expected salary range and basic information (including location, hours, benefits, etc)
We screen candidate resumes and conduct first-round phone screens/interviews
Client (the hiring manager) will meet candidates for interviews and make the final decision
SERVICE COMMISSION:
Based on successful hiring (commission will be returned in case of termination within a certain period from hire date; recommendation of other candidates)
Varies based on hiring level, industry/function, and market compensation considerations
