Responsibilities.

• FDA Compliance with Agency team

Work with AGENCY and FDA or USDA to obtain product approval/clearance. Ensure relevant FDA requirements are met, as required.

Support product compliance initiatives to minimize risks and ensure consistent regulatory compliance

Reinforce product compliance monitoring, execute compliance control processes, and assist in defining the ongoing compliance testing programs

Ensure accuracy of labeling and certification

• Products labeling and marketing AD

Review and approve all new and revised product’s artwork and advertising material for technical and grammatical accuracy to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Communicate with customers and the cross functional team to ensure that all label changes are accurately incorporated in final artwork.

Evaluate supplier ingredient information to verify product compliance against Company standards, labeling law and regulations.

Review acceptability and regulatory status of new and revised product development formulas to ensure US market compliance.

Review labeling, training, promotional and advertising material.

• Channel Business development

 Costo, Walmart, whole sales Food market industry.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in both languages (Korean / English)
• 4 yr. accredited degree required
• 1-2+ years of experience dealing with regulatory agencies (i.e. USDA, FDA)

Highly prefer GMP or FDA regulated Facilities Management experience in food industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint &amp Excel).
