regarding 2020 Census operations

It's Julianne Lee, partnership specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau.

We appreciate your concern.

The U.S. Census Bureau is prepared to safely conduct surveys during public health events.

When conducting in-person interviews, our enumerators will follow strict hygiene protocol as established by the national health authorities and state and local health departments.

We recommend that you complete your 2020 Census questionnaire ONLINE or OVER THE PHONE as soon as possible. This reduces the likelihood that a Census Bureau worker will need to visit your home.

I'd like to share some updates with you regarding 2020 Census operations as you find them in the links below.

2020 인구조사가 한창 진행 중입니다. 지난 12일부터 발송된 초대장이 20일까지 각 가정에 전달됩니다.

3월16일 기준 이미 500백만 이상이 온라인으로 응답하였습니다.

연방인구조사국(센서스)은 가구정보수집원(센서스 테이커)들이 무응답 가정을 방문해 펼치게 될 대면조사를 앞두고 위생과 안전에 만반의 준비를 다하고 있습니다.

코로나 바이러스로 비상사태가 선포된 상황에서 방문조사를 피하는 가장 좋은 인구조사 참여 방법은 온라인과 전화를 이용하는 것임을 잊지 마시고 네트웍을 가동하여 많은 분들의 참여를 권장해 주세요.
