2025년 11월 4일, A2Z ReturnValues Inc.가 설립 10주년을 맞이했습니다.
많은 분들이 “회사 이름이 참 독특하다”고 말씀하시곤 합니다. 오늘은 그 이름에 담긴 이야기를 공유하려 합니다.

2015년 중반, 저는 SAP 기반의 컴포넌트 솔루션을 개발하여 SAP 사용자, 컨설팅 회사, 그리고 개발자들에게 서비스를 제공하려는 한국의 젊은 솔루션 개발자를 만났습니다.
몇 차례 미팅을 통해 우리는 북미 시장을 무대로 한 Solution Provider 회사 설립에 뜻을 모았고, 미국 법인 설립 절차를 시작했습니다.

그 젊은 개발자는 “시스템의 가치를 고객에게 되돌려 드린다”는 의미로 **‘ReturnValues’**를 제안했습니다.
저는 여기에 “모든 것(A to Z)을 담는다”는 의미를 더해 **‘A2Z ReturnValues’**라는 이름을 완성했고, 켈리포니아 주에 정식으로 법인을 등록했습니다.

하지만 이후 그는 주식회사(Board) 구성을 미루었고, 부득이하게 혼자서 IRS 번호를 받아 10년 전 오늘, 회사를 공식적으로 설립하게 되었습니다.

그 후 저는 회사를 솔루션 프로바이더로 성장시키기 위해 여러 소프트웨어 기업들과 협력의 기회를 모색했습니다.
비록 쉽지 않은 길이었지만, 인도계 파트너사와의 경험을 통해 인력 공급 및 리크루팅 사업으로 방향을 넓혔습니다.

10년이 지난 지금, 팬데믹의 어려움 속에서도 50개 이상의 기업 지원, 300명 이상의 채용 성공 사례를 달성하며, A2Z ReturnValues는 북미 지역에서 신뢰받는 인력 채용 전문회사로 자리매김했습니다.

A2Z는 2024년 IT 솔루션 공급자로서의 브랜드를 강화하기 위해
새로운 사업명 A2Z SOFTWARE (DBA) 를 등록하고, 사업 기반을 한층 확장했습니다.

이제 10년의 경험과 성과를 바탕으로,
미국 시장 진출을 희망하는 한국 솔루션 기업들을 기다리고 있습니다.
A2Z는 회사 설립비용과 초기 마케팅 비용을 대폭 절감하여,
한국 솔루션 기업들이 안정적으로 미국 시장에 진출할 수 있도록 든든한 후원자가 되고자 합니다.

On November 4, 2025, A2Z ReturnValues Inc. celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Many have remarked that our company name is quite unique — so today, we’d like to share the story behind it.

Back in mid-2015, I met a young Korean software developer who had created SAP-based component solutions for SAP users, consulting firms, and developers.
After several meetings, we agreed to establish a solution provider company targeting the North American market and began the process of forming a U.S. corporation.

The developer proposed the name “ReturnValues”, representing the idea of delivering system value back to the customer.
To this, I added “A2Z”, symbolizing total coverage — everything from A to Z, and officially registered the company in the state of California.

However, the young developer later postponed forming the corporate board, and as a result, I proceeded to complete the full incorporation process — obtaining an IRS registration number and officially establishing the company — exactly ten years ago today.

In the years that followed, I worked to grow A2Z as a solution provider, seeking partnerships with various software companies.
Although it was not easy to find the right connections, my prior experience with IT staffing and recruitment, particularly through Indian partner firms, became the foundation for a new direction.

Now, a decade later — even through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic — A2Z has successfully supported over 50 client companies and facilitated more than 300 successful hires, establishing itself as a trusted recruitment and staffing partner across North America.

🚀 Toward Our Next Dream…

In 2024, A2Z took a new step forward by registering A2Z SOFTWARE (DBA), expanding its foundation as an IT solution provider.

Building on ten years of growth and experience,
we are now welcoming Korean solution companies that aspire to enter the U.S. market.

A2Z aims to reduce the cost and complexity of company formation and initial marketing,
and to support Korean software and solution firms in establishing a stable and successful business presence in the United States.
