Forwarding and Office administration (#SEP01)
JOB PROFILE

- Proven working experience as In/Outbound Freight Forwarding customer service and operations

- Strong customer service skills

- Responsible and detail-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Manage and monitor day to day aspects of bookings, shipping, tracking and billing for Import and export Ocean/Air shipments to meet customer needs

- Manage daily emails/phone calls from customers​

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Requirements:

Proven experience as data entry clerk

Fast typing skills Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred, 50+ WPM

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

High function Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, Sort, Chart, functions )

Basic understanding of databases

Great attention to detail

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

REQUIREMENT:

Qualifications:

  • Korean/English bilingual preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 1 plus years of Ocean/Air Freight Forwarding operations experience
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and other suite applications
  • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm and confidentiality.
SALARY
36000 -45000
