IT Network/Infra/ Security (#Oct4-03)
JOB PROFILE

Manage the operational environments to ensure efficient service to company and provide for longer-term stability and development of capability for the company and its subsidiaries.

The IT manager is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of company and administration of IT daily operations and procedures.  Also assure utilize IT system & technology to support business requirements with at the least possible cost.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Ensure that support, resources and procedures are available and executed according to agreed service levels.
  • Monitor and control the initiation and progress of IT works by overseeing the assembly of resources and work plan to appropriate work schedules, in order to meet business objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure adequate operational security within the IT service environment.
  • Continuously improve and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, work norms, purchasing and service provision.
  • Coordinates IT activities and guidance with other team managers under IT general policies and company policies.
  • Effectively contribute to the IT services by providing assessment of hardware/software, systems and process options.
  • Identifying and fixing vulnerabilities within existing security systems 
  • Performing penetration tests or working directly with penetration testersto assess potential security problems
  • Developing organization-wide security measures 
  • Documenting known security breaches and vulnerabilities 
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest information technology (IT)and cybersecurity developments 

 

  • Continuously improve, manage and communicate department budget within context of IT plans.
  • Prepare and presents departmental budgets at the company.
  • Recommends IT improvements and changes of the company as IT team manager.
  • Evaluation of IT staff as a IT manager.
  • Report key issues and IT tasks to upper managers regularly.
  • A positive and proactive attitude toward headquarters systems and Mobis systems.

 

REQUIREMENT:

Education / Skill / Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in the Computer Science or Management Information System and experience with 10 or more years in the Information Technology
  • Experience as IT manager with full responsibility for personnel, budget and systems at least 3 years. Responsibility experience as a team manager must include Applications, Infrastructures or networks.
  • Experience as IT manager with a documentation about IT planning to upper managements.
  • Experience in User support or customer supports
  • Coordinate and manage third party IT vendor / supplier relationships.

Preferred optional Skills :

  • Bilingual - English / Korean.
  • Technical Knowledge of the infrastructures for HP servers & SAN storages.

 

SALARY
$100,000 per Year + relocation support
