Customer Service - Logistics Company -Korean/English Bilingual Transportation and Logistics – Phoeni (#OCT09)
JOB PROFILE
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsibilities.

  • Manage multiple pick ups and deliveries via telephone and Email in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Track and update shipment status to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both shippers and carriers
  • Create professional relationship with every customer
  • Input work orders in the TMS.
  • Update accurate data in the system.
  • Scan documents such as Bill of Ladings, Delivery Receipts, permits and other documents into the computer system
  • Communicate Client needs to the appropriate internal team.
REQUIREMENT:

Qualifications:

  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Must be a self-starter who is familiar with both paper maps and internet
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Must have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Word)
  • Must have good math skills, adding, subtracting, rounding (converting from minutes to 100th of an hour)
  • Must be very familiar with Metro Phoenix area
  • Excellent communication and listening skills as well as legible handwriting
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and drivers
  • Ability to handle pressure, take direction, handle different task assignments, and meet deadlines
SALARY
$15 - $18 per Hour
