Human Resources (HR) Associate (#Nov4-03)
JOB PROFILE

Position Summary: The HR Associate will support the HR department with a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee record-keeping, and general HR administration. The HR Associate will be responsible for assisting with performance management procedures, preparing HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides, and ensuring employee records are organized and updated in compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, this position will support employee engagement initiatives and assist in developing a positive workplace culture.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits. Mediate conflicts and support performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans. Assist employees with benefits-related questions and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies and prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and support training and development programs. Identify training needs and assist in developing training materials
  • Manage HR-related administrative tasks and support HR management with special projects. Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENT:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
SALARY
$23.00 - / hOURS, DOE
