Human Resources (HR) Manager (#Nov4-01)
JOB PROFILE

Position Summary: Human Resource Managers are professionals tasked with strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere. They consult executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company. The company currently operates in a corporate setting, with warehouse operations and retail stores. The HR Manager is expected to lead HR in all business operations in the US while maintaining a strong work collaboration with the HQ from South Korea.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR management for business operations in the corporate office, warehouses, and retail stores
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Overseeing the hiring process, including writing and placing job postings, interviewing applicants, and selecting new employees. Forecasting hiring needs, particularly during the peak season.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including internal policies and industry standards
  • Handling employee relation issues, such as employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Managing training and development programs, and providing orientation and training for new employees
  • Developing, revising, and recommending policies and procedures related to employment and personnel
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
REQUIREMENT:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to employee support
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking system is a plus

 

SALARY
67,000 - UP, DOE
