ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Job Description :

  • Driver Log Book Management: in &amp out of State
  • Review and Monitor Driver’s daily driving record
  • Implement ELD(Electronic Logging Device) system and Management
  • Dispatch work followed by company dispatch procedure
  • CSM( Customer Service Management) Phone, e-mail…
  • computer work (data entry) and document filing
  • on-call support after work in needs
  • Office general administration
  • work at home in case understand the work process
REQUIREMENT:
  • Well-organized, Detail-oriented, and Responsible, On-time manner
  • Excellent customer service skills against the drivers or clients per daily basis
  • preferred 1+ year in transportation or office administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish plus
  • Eligible to work in the States.

Job Type: Full-time

SALARY
$15-$18 per Hour DOE
