IT Infrastructure Project Manager (#Jan6-03)
JOB PROFILE
  1. Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of infrastructure projects in our organization. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a demonstrated history of effectively managing intricate infrastructure projects from start to finish. The Infrastructure Project Manager will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, vendors, and headquarters to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within the defined scope, and within the allocated budget.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Perform all activities required by project management professionals, these include:

Project Integration Management Activities:

1) Develop a Project Charter

2) Develop Project Management Plan

3) Direct and Manage Project Execution

4) Monitor and Control Project Work

5) Perform Integrated Change Control

6) Close Project or Phase

Project Scope Management Activities:

1) Support and/or Collect Business Requirements

2) Define project scope

3) Create Work Breakdown Structure using MS Project

4) Verify Scope with business Stakeholders and Technical Team

5) Control Scope

6) Perform Risk Management

7) Perform Issue Management

Project Time Management Activities:

1) Define and document Activities outside of the project schedule

2) Sequence Activities and Identify Dependencies.

3) Estimate Activity Resources through meetings with team members

4) Estimate Activity Durations

5) Develop project schedule

6) Control schedule impacts

Project Cost Management Activities:

1) Estimate costs through meetings with team leaders and vendors

2) Determine / Manage Project Budget

3) Control Costs

Human Resource Management Activities:

1) Develop a resource management plan

2) Acquire necessary project team members

3) Develop project team to support project deliverables

4) Manage project team

Project Communication Management Activities:

1) Identify and document the project Sponsor and Stakeholders

2) Develop Communication Plan

3) Distribute information

4) Manage Stakeholder Expectations

5) Report Performance and Project Status

Risk Project Management Activities:

1) Plan Risk Management

2) Identify Risks

3) Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis

4) Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis

5) Plan Risk Responses

6) Monitor and Control Risks

Project Procurement Management Activities:

1) Plan and support Procurement

2) Conduct / support / coordinate Procurement activities.

3) Administer Procurement

4) Close Procurement

Conduct Project Status Meetings

1) Manage and document meetings

REQUIREMENT:
Education

1) B.S. Degree

Related Experience

1) Minimum 7+ years of working experience

2) Experienced with infrastructure projectsIT systems, data centers, network upgrades

Skills/Knowledge

1) Data Analysis Skills (e.g., SQL data extraction, Exporting to MS Excel, data manipulation, Report Formatting, and analysis)

2) Bilingual fluency in English and Korean. Good written and verbal communication skills

3) Strong Analytic, Documentation, and Organizational Skills

4) Efficient with multitasking between multiple projects

5) Strong proficiency in MS Project 2016+, Asana, or other project management tools

Certification

1) PMP Certification recommended

SALARY
$ 70-$75 per Hour W2 (long-term contract)
