Technical Quality Analyst – Connected Car &amp Mobility Platform

Pay: $55–$65/hr.

Location: On-site – Costa Mesa, California

Job Type: Contract (40 Hrs. / week)

We are seeking a Technical Quality Analyst to lead product change management initiatives across Connected Car Services and Mobility Platforms.

 This role requires strong technical depth across automotive software systems, mobile applications, middleware, and cloud-based API architectures, along with proven cross-functional systems.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of product change requests (PCRs)—from technical assessment and prioritization to deployment and post-release analysis—while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and external vendors.

Perform technical analysis of connected vehicle issues and lead issue resolution through cross-functional collaboration

• Lead and prioritize complex technical change requests across connected vehicle ecosystems
• Drive API, middleware, mobile app, and vehicle system integrations
• Coordinate development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-release analysis
• Facilitate technical alignment with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams
• Track and manage delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project

• 3+ years in technical project/program management and systems implementation
• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, mobile app lifecycles (Android/iOS), middleware integrations, and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, SQL/NoSQL databases, and system testing
• Proven leadership of cross-functional and vendor-based engineering teams

Preferred

• Background in software development or architecture
• Experience in automotive, Tier-1 suppliers, or consulting environments
• Korean / English bilingual 

$55 - $65 per hour
