Technical Support Specialist (#Jan5-01)
JOB PROFILE

The Technical Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries and conflicts originating from Hyundai/Kia dealers. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely handling of dealer inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively. It will be the primary point of contact for handling a variety of cases, ranging from routine inquiries to complex conflict resolution scenarios, including customer contact calls and dealer service manager calls.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Normal office duties
  • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
  • Receive a call from dealer technicians and troubleshoot through diagnostic tools
  • Help an automotive technician/mechanic across North America
  • Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively

 

REQUIREMENT:

Requirements

  • Automotive Technician/Mechanic: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in Quebec French and English or Spanish and English (Preferred)
  • Extensive technical field support experience
  • Extensive experience with automotive diagnostic tools
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnosis
  • Familiarity with the dealership environment
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software
  • Good skills in communication with customers
SALARY
$55,000 - $70,000 per year
