Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with a strong
background in MacBook support within a Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. The
ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting macOS devices in a
corporate setting, with preferred knowledge of Jamf for device management. You will
play a key role in ensuring our end-users have a seamless and secure experience with
their devices, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms.
Qualification:
2+ years’ experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role, primarily focused
on macOS.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services.
Experience with Jamf Pro (or equivalent MDM) for managing Apple devices.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity/access management.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work
independently.
Team works play required and excellent communication and customer service
skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Jamf 100 or 200 certification (or equivalent experience).
Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or AppleScript) for automation.
Knowledge of Intune or other endpoint management tools.
Experience working in a hybrid or remote workforce environment.
