BA COMPANY is establishing itself as a solid manufacturer and supplier of premium quality products in the foodservice equipment industry, a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration and ice machines in South Korea: a wider range of product selections on both cold and hotlines, from vast lines of superior quality commercial refrigeration and ice machines to value lines of stainless steel items and commercial cooking equipment. BA USA is distribution, Sales, Service, Customer care in United States Market. 

The company is looking for Eastern region (NJ Office) Branch Manager.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibility to manage a Branch under a company policies and procedure or executive decision

Provides guidance and expertise in the daily operations of branch.

Oversees the retail and wholesale sales activities within the branch to ensure the branch achieves and exceeds “key performance indicators, client service satisfaction, and the expansion of business relationships”.

  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Implementing and overseeing security operations.
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Ensuring safety of staff.
  • Motivating and disciplining staff.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
  • Managing and listing warehouse’s supplies.
  • Assisting with deliveries where required.

Responsible and enhance for branch team and efficient work functioning of branch.

REQUIREMENT:

REQUIREMENT:

3+ years of management/supervisory experience in sales/marketing and distribution service.

  (preferred Industrial tools or Machine, Equipment, Furniture - B2B B2C sales and marketing)

Exceptional leadership and Superb verbal, written and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong customer service skills.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Intermediate accounting and inventory skills, Strong attention to detail for data accuracy.

Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.

Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

Valid drivers' license.

Ability to operate forklift effectively.

Proficient computer skills.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Strong people skills.

Good communication skills with warehouse staff.

Available to work extended hours.

SALARY
60K - 65K Per Year
