The Inside Sales & Marketing Associate is a critical position within the company. In order for The company to grow and ultimately take market share we must be “easier to do business with” than our competitors. No other differentiator (including product) is more critical to growth.
After the outside sales team convinces a potential customers in the Latin America but not limited to, try us as a new vendor, it is the Inside Sales & Marketing Associate who largely manages the day to day customer relationship – in fact the ratio of contact with the customer is often 10 times more frequent than the outside sales person’s contact after the account is established! In fact, the largest influence in defining a customer’s experience with our company is the interaction with the Inside Sales & Marketing Associate. No job is more critical.
Processes for order administration and general customer care require development upon hire. From a customer perspective The company must appear in the eyes of the customer to operate as we have been doing business for decades in this market without this, being easier to do business with than our competitors is impossible. The Inside Sales & Marketing associate will be responsible for continually fine-tuning the customer experience and provide feedback on the necessary process and infrastructure improvements.
Also, this position will interface daily with our Korean liaison to the factory and occasionally interface with the factory directly as required.
Extensive product knowledge is not mandatory for this position. Communication with the customer via phone, email, web interface, social media, etc. will require basic product knowledge. The company will provide the necessary training.
In addition to the customer-facing role (inside sales), a significant component of this job will be establishing, in conjunction with the marketing manager, marketing activities for L ELECTRIC America. This includes interfacing with external media outlets with respect to advertising, press releases, and the publishing of articles for the purpose of promoting the company. Additionally, this position will research & execute “guerilla” marketing tactics with the goal of creating the most brand awareness with the minimum amount of spend. Additionally, participation in trade shows, coordinating merchandising, and other marketing-related activities (e.g., website maintenance) as directed may be required.
The main point of contact for blind incoming customer inquiries - establishing correct routing of these customer inquiries (if necessary) – and in the process of doing so, convince the customer we are the best company they have ever had the pleasure of doing business with

Travel is negligible. Work week is 40 hours with rare instances of unpaid overtime.
