Directly responsible for the overall of the administration, accounting, payroll and HR function in the company
Establish &ampampampampamp implement office routines and filing systems
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Company’s meeting organizer
Organize or support the Company’s event or Convention
Maintaining vendor contracts/relationships, Ordering of all office supplies.
Korea HQ’s concerns or request follow up
Executive Assistance or Concern follow up for CEO or Branch Manager
B.S. in related field with 7+ years’ work experience Accounting or Human Resource or Office management experience
Ability to analyze/solve problems, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
Organization and attention to detail, a positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively to staff.
Hands-on Knowledge of Company general accounting, HR
Computer Skills: Microsoft sets, Email, QuickBooks, Payrolls, extensive excel skills (high function..)
A huge plus in Korea’s company experience
Korean / English bilingual
Work Authorization in the US

M-F, 9 am – 6 pm
